We always strive to deliver your product in a safe and friendly manner and make every attempt to place the product where you need it. There are, however, restrictions on where your product can be placed. Please know your city/town/municipal bylaws before ordering. When your product is placed it is your responsibility.

When ordering a product from us, you acknowledge that the delivery activity involves risks and potential dangers to personal safety and property. This includes, but is not limited to: damage to driveways, pathways or sidewalks; tire or other marks on driveway or sidewalk surfaces; potential collapse or sinking of driveways, turf or dirt areas.

You also acknowledge that all persons and pets will stay clear of the delivery vehicle and product until delivery is complete.

We encourage you to seek expert advice as to whether the delivery activities may cause property damage or personal injury on your site. If the delivery is not on your site, and you are not the property owner, please obtain written consent of the owner of the property and/or the city/town/municipality prior to giving any instructions to our operators to conduct the delivery activities.

By ordering our product, you acknowledge and consent to the limitations listed above and indemnify and hold harmless all owners/directors, employees, and subcontractors of In The Bag Landscape Products. and its’ divisions.

Expect your delivery within 3-4 days after placing your order, or on another date that you have specified. We will strive to deliver it sooner, but due to product availability and weather restrictions, we cannot guarantee it.

If you require a specific date and time please inform us in the comments section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

• We do not require you to be present at the time of delivery.
• If you would like to be home when the product arrives, please inform us in the comments section of your order.
• If you choose not to be home during the delivery, please clearly specify drop instructions and mark the location with an X. Please note: if you say “left side of the driveway”, that means the left side as we are looking at it from the road.
• Deliveries are typically made between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday and Saturday’s from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• If you require a different time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
• Refund Policy: Due to the risk of contamination, there are no refunds or exchanges of bagged products if the product ordered matches the product dropped. This includes but is not limited to all mulch, rock, sand and gravel, soil and firewood. Inspect the product before it is off-loaded and contact us if you require a different product (a second delivery charge will apply). If you would like to see the product before purchasing, drop by our site during business hours to view it.

• We can place a bag on your driveway, parking pads, and on the edge of your property as long as there is access from the roadway.
• With an X or sign, mark where you would like the bag placed. Please note: if you say “left side of the driveway”, that means the left side as we are looking at it from the road.
• We cannot deliver over fences or into garages.
• If we cannot access the drop location a $25 non-deliverable charge will be billed.

• We can only deliver 3 yards of each product at one time.
• A multiple delivery discount of $10.00 off each delivery beyond the original will be processed at checkout.
• Delivery cost is based on your distance from our Northbrook Yard and will be calculated at check-out based on your delivery address.

1 Cubic Yard Bags delivered to you within 50 kms. of our Northbrook yard.

• A bag is delivered using a hi-ab truck.
• There are some limitations to where deliveries can be placed due to safety.

Landscape products are delivered within 4 days of order. Usually same or next day delivery is available. After placing your order, please ensure you mark the delivery location with an ‘X’ where you want us to place your material with chalk or tape. Putting this ‘X’ down ensures that we get your material exactly where you want it. The home owner is responsible for ensuring the drop location is accessible. We cannot drive over grass or  septic systems.
