Gro-Max® was designed as a planting soil or as an amendment for existing garden beds. It is an all-purpose soil for use with a variety of plants including annuals, perennials, wildflowers and small shrubs. As with any soil, it is highly recommended that plants are watered regularly to ensure an optimal moisture content; Gro-Max® should remain moist below the surface.
Gro-Max® has a deep earthy aroma indicative of its high organic matter content. It is designed with an optimum pH, water holding capacity and aeration porosity. Plant roots require an active biotic ecology, but the manicured style of most container gardens means that it’s not going to come from fallen leaves and trees. Fortunately, nearly all the ingredients in Gro-Max® are composted and contain a wide spectrum of microbes for soil health.
Gro-Max® Premium Garden Soil is a well balanced, complete planting soil, contains small bits of bark mulch which breaks down and amends your soil over times. It is a dark, rich, soil formulated for optimum root growth and plant health. Recommended for vegetable gardens, flower beds and amending nutrient deficient soils. Best used when mixed into existing gardens or a 2″ top up. Also perfect for replenishing gardens.
